Square Trousseau is a decoration studio headed by Raphaëlle Esneault.
Raphaëlle Esneault grew up in Paris, France. Her love for design started when she was a child, spending her weekends playing in the paved streets of Saint-Ouen’s flea market, where her godfather owned an antique shop. She fell in love with art expression following her grandmother, a painter, looking for inspiration at a play at La Comédie Française, a ballet at the Opera Garnier or the FIAC exhibition (the International Contemporary Art Fair).
Naturally, Raphaëlle rapidly developed an "eye".
She studied journalism at l’Institut Français de Presse through the lens of photography and cinema, their meaning and impact on the viewer. She took her first steps in movie production and television shows as an assistant director, then as an art coordinator in the decor crew.
In the meantime, she joined the wonderful team of Elle Decoration magazine and got to work with many talented and gifted figures of the design world.
When the opportunity to move abroad arose to Raphaëlle and her family, she started her own business as an interior designer, for high end customers in Europe and North America.
With Square Trousseau, Raphaëlle Esneault offers all her artistic background to her customers. Square Trousseau is the center of an open creative village where craftsmen and craftswomen, local artists and sustainable manufacturers meet, to give life to your projects.
